
Professional Compensation Manager

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the entire compensation process. This includes handling employee queries related to salary and benefits, ensuring timely and accurate payment of wages, and maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of compensation, including salary, bonuses, and benefits.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring adherence to company policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Handle employee complaints and provide support regarding compensation-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in labor laws and ensure compliance with new regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in payroll management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
