Job Title:

Senior Manager - Financial Operations

About the Role:

We seek a highly experienced Senior Manager - Financial Operations professional with a strategic mindset, strong focus on process improvement, team-oriented attitude, and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10–15 years of relevant experience in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee accounting operations, develop and implement internal control policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and consultants by providing required documentation, responding to findings, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Contribute to financial due diligence processes and perform under high-pressure scenarios.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor budget adherence and work closely with department heads to optimize spending.
  • Ensure alignment with relevant accounting standards and financial regulations.
  • Manage cash flow and liquidity to support both day-to-day operations and long-term goals.
  • Monitor receivables, payables, and overall working capital to maximize efficiency in cash utilization.
  • Design strategies to mitigate cash flow risks and ensure financial stability.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts, including bank reconciliations.
  • Identify process synergies across Cash, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable functions and implement industry best practices.
