Client Retention Manager

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven professional with 5 to 9 years of experience in General Insurance or Insurance Broking.

This role is key to ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships within our corporate accounts.

You will actively engage with clients, identify their evolving needs, and leverage your knowledge of employee health and general insurance products to drive loyalty through strategic upselling and delivery strategy.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with key corporate customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Proactively communicate with clients to identify their specific requirements and make necessary adjustments to service delivery to meet those needs effectively.
  • Customer Engagement & Support: Utilize various communication mediums to engage with customers, providing quick assistance and efficient resolution to their queries or concerns.
  • Product Updates: Keep customers consistently updated on the latest product and service offerings relevant to their employee benefits and general insurance needs.
  • Growth & Expansion: Actively expand the customer base by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening skills, and the ability to efficiently determine clients' underlying needs.

They should also be proficient in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for presentations, data analysis, and documentation, and have good technical knowledge about Employee Health Insurance and/or General Insurance products.
