
Senior Client Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Client Engagement Leader to oversee client relationships and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the client's needs and goals, as well as the ability to develop and execute effective strategies to meet those objectives.
- Develop and communicate comprehensive annual plans based on client briefs, adapting them to changes in client needs or digital platform policies.
- Lead the client pitching process by generating innovative concepts in collaboration with internal teams.
- Provide strategic inputs to competitor analysis, identifying opportunities for process improvements and new business avenues.
- Analyze day-to-day operations to identify opportunities for experimentation and innovation.
- Create compelling case studies and success stories that highlight the achievements and impact of the team's work, enabling awards and partnerships
Key Responsibilities
Brand Positioning and Differentiation:
- Define brand positioning strategies that distinguish clients from competitors and resonate with target audiences.
- Review and approve client briefs, ensuring alignment with execution plans and strategies.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring client renewals and upsells.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand strategic growth plans and identify upsell opportunities.
- Establish clear benchmarks and review timelines to ensure client satisfaction.
- Follow up on overdue payments, acting as a point of contact for high-priority escalations.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Evaluate marketing success through social media reports, identifying improvement areas and demonstrating value to stakeholders.
Resource Planning and Contract Management:
- Update resource planning quarterly and ensure timely contract renewals, addressing obstacles proactively.
Financial Management:
- Maintain monthly client financial reports, ensuring billing targets are met.
Team Management and Development:
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and mentor teams for proactive problem-solving.
- Structure training programs with the learning and development team to improve work quality and specific competencies.
Team Growth:
- Hire capable independent resources that can understand, communicate and execute client briefs accurately.
