Job Title: Senior Client Liaison

We are seeking a seasoned and meticulous client liaison to assume key responsibilities in the facilitation of client relations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication and execution of deliverables.
  • Support the comprehensive management of projects, campaigns, and events, catering to client requirements with precision and speed.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Manage social media accounts for clients – maintaining consistent, on-brand content and timely updates.
  • Develop and execute strategic social media campaigns designed to enhance awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Contribute creative ideas and strategies to elevate clients' digital presence through innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate event-related activities with vendors and production teams.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in client liaison, account management, marketing, or events, preferably in an agency setting.
  • A strong grasp of event management principles is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – articulate, confident, and empathetic.
  • Comfortable working in field environments and attending in-person meetings within Bangalore (though based in Jaipur).
  • An outgoing personality with a genuine passion for nurturing long-lasting client relationships.
