Senior Influencer Marketing ExecutiveJob Overview

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our influencer marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Development & Execution:
    • Identify and onboard influencers who align with the brand's goals and target audience.
    • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that meet or exceed performance metrics.
  • Content Strategy & Collaboration:
    • Work closely with influencers to create high-quality, engaging content that meets brand guidelines.
    • Ensure content is optimized for performance and aligns with brand messaging.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Track and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of influencer marketing initiatives.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with influencers and agency partners.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis:
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in influencer marketing and the beauty/wellness industry.
    • Identify emerging influencers and innovative campaign ideas that align with brand objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty/wellness industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.) and influencer landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in using influencer marketing tools such as HypeAuditor, Qoruz, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness products.
