Network Infrastructure Cost Controller

The Network Infrastructure Cost Controller is responsible for overseeing the network infrastructure costs and ensuring smooth payments to vendors.

  • Monitors network infrastructure expenses and validates vendor invoices.
  • Ensures accurate and timely payment of invoices to vendors.
  • Manages cost optimization projects to achieve targets.
  • Closes month-end P2P accounts on time according to the SSC calendar.
  • Reviews balance sheet reconciliation templates every month.
Main Responsibilities
  • Daily review of infra bills validation, deductions, and dispute settlement with vendors.
  • Controls and reviews network infrastructure costs and provisions.
  • Daily review of vendor ageing, advances, security deposits, accruals, prepaid schedules, and highlights exceptions to HOFO.
  • Raises monthly invoices and documents (DN) for IP vendors.
  • Prepares schedules and completes statutory audits successfully.
  • Ensures satisfactory internal audit reports related to PTP.
  • Maintains pending invoices in Web Cycle at the lowest level for the circle.
  • Ensures compliance with corporate guidelines for vendor write-off/back.
  • Processes and accounts for accurate payroll inputs.
  • Drives SSC scorecard-related to PTP.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in handling AP roles.
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical or professional qualifications.

Educational requirements: Graduation/Post-Graduation/CA/CMA
