Job Title: Operations Management Specialist

As an Operations Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization's human resources and office administration functions. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: You will be responsible for posting job openings, interviewing candidates, finalizing hiring decisions, and managing employee onboarding processes.
  • Attendance & Payroll: Ensure accurate attendance records, monitor overtime and leaves, and maintain payroll data.
  • Employee Records & Documentation: Maintain proper records of employees, including ID proofs, joining documents, experience letters, and other relevant information.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and support appraisal cycles.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate sessions, and support employee skill enhancement initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement & Support: Organize employee engagement activities, resolve grievances, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Statutory Compliance & Audits: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records for ISO/IRIS audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication, both written and verbal, with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • HR Software Experience: Familiarity with HR software tools and systems.
  • ISO/IRIS Audits: Experience in handling ISO/IRIS audits and compliance documentation is desirable.

For this role, we require a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in HR and Admin roles, preferably in manufacturing, railways, automotive, or industrial sectors, is essential.
