The role of a Warehouse Operations Specialist is to oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of finished goods. This involves managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate location and traceability of materials, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in Finished Goods, particularly in Warehouse and Dispatch at the end of the manufacturing process. They will be responsible for managing storage and serviceability in the warehouse bays, as well as performing bay audits and reporting.

Additionally, they will be responsible for inventory management, knowledge of Forklift operations and EOT, optimization of space and consumables, and knowledge on inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate location and traceability of materials
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of finished goods
  • Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment
  • Perform bay audits and reporting
  • Manage storage and serviceability in the warehouse bays
  • Responsible for inventory management
  • Knowledge of Forklift operations and EOT
  • Optimize space and consumables
  • Knowledge on inventory management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma - Engineering (Any stream) with Good Academic record
  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
