Technical Lead for Coupa Implementations

The role requires hands-on experience with the full lifecycle of Coupa implementations, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and live operations.

Mandatory Skills / Expertise:

  • End-to-end Coupa implementation experience, including at least one complete implementation
  • Coupa configuration and administration expertise
  • Integration knowledge with SAP Finance modules
  • Fundamental understanding of Financial/Procurement processes
  • Solution design and troubleshooting skills during implementation
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA
  • Awareness of SAP Ariba or comparable procurement platforms
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Coupa as a standalone cloud platform
  • Manage integration points between Purchasing, Finance, and SAP
  • Collaborate with offshore/nearshore teams and business stakeholders
  • Influence senior stakeholders with logical recommendations
  • Provide comprehensive support from design to live operations
