Establish a Strong Foundation in Coupa Implementation

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Coupa professional to lead the implementation of our procurement solution.

Coupa is a cloud-based platform that enables businesses to streamline their procure-to-pay processes. As a Coupa specialist, you will be responsible for configuring and integrating various modules, including sourcing, contracts, procure, invoice, and expenses.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Configuration and Integration: Configure different Coupa modules, such as sourcing, contracts, procure, invoice, and expenses. Integrate Coupa with other systems, ensuring seamless data exchange.
  2. Sourcing and Procurement: Create sourcing forms, objects, procurement/invoicing approval chains, dynamic account validation rules, charts of accounts, business account security groups, and technical/business roles in Coupa.
  3. Release Management: Experience with Coupa release management for new product releases and maintenance.
  4. Integration Partners: Work with various integration partners and 3rd party consultants to integrate business requirements into implemented technical solutions.
  5. Business Process Expertise: Strong experience in Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay business processes. Sound business knowledge in the procurement area and have provided standard or customized solutions to business requirements.
  6. Agile Methodology: Experience working with Agile methodology, including creating stories, working in a Kanban environment, participating in scrums and other Agile ceremonies.
