About the Role:

We are a leading healthcare network seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Patient Support Representatives. This role involves handling patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups through effective communication and coordination with our front office and clinical teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate information about hospital services and doctors' availability.
  • Maintain call records and update CRM/HMIS systems to ensure seamless communication and data management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional patient experience, ensuring all interactions are empathetic and efficient.
  • Foster strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, providing support and guidance throughout their journey.
  • Requirements:
  • Graduate/Undergraduate degree with excellent communication skills in English (Gujarati and Hindi proficiency an asset).
  • Prior experience in healthcare telecalling or customer service preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and HMIS/CRM systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to handle sensitive situations with care.
