Job Title: AI Engineer - Agentic Systems

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to design and implement agentic systems with advanced capabilities.

This role involves designing intelligent, autonomous agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing goal-driven actions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and cutting-edge AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Agentic Systems: Develop adaptive systems with memory, tool-use, and multi-step planning architectures.
  • Integrate LLMs with Other Technologies: Enhance system capabilities by integrating LLMs with other AI technologies for reliability, safety, and performance.
  • Research and Evaluate Agent Frameworks: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in agent frameworks to drive innovation in the field of agentic AI.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Apply agentic AI in testing domains and stay current with related fields.
Requirements:
  • Strong Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML concepts including LLMs, transformers, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
  • Hands-on Experience with Frameworks: Knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, OpenAI API, and building agents that interact with APIs, tools, or environments.
  • Knowledge of Autonomous Agent Architectures: Familiarity with autonomous agent architectures, multi-agent systems, planning algorithms, reinforcement learning, knowledge graphs, or symbolic reasoning.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in SQL, data analytics, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, including services such as Azure AI and AWS Bedrock.
  • Experience in AI/ML Engineering: Minimum 2 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 1 year focused on agent systems or LLM-based applications.
