Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire closing process from contract to closing date, ensuring all timelines are adhered to and necessary documents are prepared and reviewed.
- Ensure legal documents and contracts are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulations.
- Coordinate financial transactions, including earnest money deposits and final payments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the closing process.
- Maintain organized files of transaction documents, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility as needed.
- Identify potential issues and proactively resolve them promptly.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and cooperation throughout the transaction.
