Site Manager Job Description\

We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our digital cafeteria platform. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at the site\
  • Supervise timely food service and order fulfillment\
  • Address and resolve real-time operational issues\
  • Act as on-ground representative for client interactions\
  • Collect customer feedback and share daily reports with clients and internal stakeholders\
  • Coordinate with vendors on daily menus, stock, and service times\
  • Assist with GoKhana digital platform for menu updates, issue resolution, and user queries\
  • Maintain daily operational reports including sales, customer feedback, vendor performance, and incident logs\

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Business Administration preferred\
  • 2–5 years of experience in cafeteria, facility, or hospitality operations\
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills\
  • Basic computer skills; ability to work with mobile apps and dashboards\
  • Leadership and team handling abilities\
  • Willingness to work in shifts as per client cafeteria timing\
  • Comfortable working at client premises across Bangalore\
