Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our flagship boutique in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will oversee daily store operations, manage a team of stylists and support staff, drive sales through personalized styling advice, handle client appointments and inventory management.

  • Drive sales through engaging clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored styling advice
  • Manage client appointments, measurements, fittings, and follow-ups with precision and care
  • Maintain inventory, including stock checks, ordering, and visual merchandising
  • Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams for order updates and seasonal collections
  • Maintain store aesthetics in line with the brand's premium image
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance metrics to management

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 2 years of retail/fashion experience; bridal or designer label background is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Well-groomed with a keen eye for fashion, trends, and customer preferences
  • Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English and Telugu/Hindi
