Brand Director Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a senior-level brand director to shape and execute a compelling brand presence across Amazon customer touchpoints.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the visual and creative direction of the brand, ensuring designs are presented with clarity, luxury appeal, and consistency.

This involves directing all photography efforts—including product, model, and lifestyle shoots—by developing clear guidelines, detailed shot lists, and briefs that align with the brand aesthetic and effectively showcase craftsmanship, materials, and key selling points.

Collaboration with graphic design teams is essential in bringing the creative vision to life across all content formats and ensuring a cohesive visual narrative.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining visual and creative direction for the brand
  • Directing photography efforts including product, model, and lifestyle shoots
  • Collaborating with graphic design to bring creative vision to life

Qualifications include 3+ years of experience in a senior creative role, ideally in luxury category or Amazon, proven expertise in art direction, visual storytelling, or brand development, deep understanding of Amazon content strategy, strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, ability to work cross-functionally and hold creative partners accountable.

Success metrics include a distinct and elevated brand identity on Amazon, high-quality, conversion-optimized visual content across all listings, well-coordinated and agile creative team with strong processes and quick consistent output, and continuous improvement in visual performance metrics tied to content optimization.
