Senior Retail Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Retail Manager to lead our retail operations, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will oversee all aspects of our store's day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end ownership of the store, guaranteeing smooth daily operations and optimal performance.
  • BUILD and MAINTAIN relationships with high-net-worth individuals, leveraging your exceptional sales skills to secure high-value jewelry transactions.
  • Provide STRATEGIC GUIDANCE and direction to the retail team, setting clear objectives to boost sales and profitability.
  • Develop and EXECUTE SALES STRATEGIES and initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets, driving business success.
  • Foster a positive and COLLABORATIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed expectations.
  • LEAD BY EXAMPLE, actively engaging with customers to build relationships, provide personalized styling advice, and drive sales.
  • HANDLE CUSTOMER ENQUIRIES, COMPLAINTS, and escalations in a professional and timely manner, upholding our brand reputation.
  • MONITOR and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS and provide feedback to staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • ENSURE that the boutique maintains high standards of VISUAL MERCHANDISING, CLEANLINESS, and organization to create an inviting and luxurious shopping environment.
  • MANAGE STAFFING NEEDS, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management, to ensure adequate coverage and staffing levels to meet customer demand.

Ideal candidates should possess an MBA from a leading institution and a fashion graduate from a Tier 1 Indian college, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail management, preferably in Indian designer brands or real estate consultancy firms.
