Front Office Supervisor Lead

Key Responsibilities
As a Front Office Supervisor at The Chancery Pavilion (Bangalore), you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding customer service at all times.
You will maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times and respond to telephones and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information, and guest concerns.
Additionally, you will have the ability to sell room nights, increase occupancy, and revenue using suggestive selling techniques.
You will supervise daily shift processes, ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures.
Training, directing the work of, resolving issues/problems, and coaching and counseling the front desk team members are also key responsibilities.
Furthermore, you will have the ability to resolve customer issues, complaints, and problems in a quick and efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
Room allocation to expected arrivals after checking guest preferences and special requests is also a key part of this role.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships and liaising with all other departments, especially housekeeping and reservations.
Finally, you will be responsible for taking responsibility in the absence of the Duty Manager and being a role model, sharing expertise, and inspiring the front office team.
