Job Title: Spatial Design Expert

Overview:

We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and meticulous 3D Designer with hands-on experience in leading design software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design high-quality 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs for interior, exterior, and product design projects.
  • Develop and refine technical drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Utilize SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, and Coohom to create photorealistic visualizations.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements.
  • Present creative concepts, mood boards, and spatial solutions to clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure accuracy in design outputs, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, rendering techniques, and software advancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as a 3D Designer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in the following software:
  • SketchUp
  • AutoCAD (2D)
  • Enscape
  • 3ds max
  • Lumion
  • Coohom Software
    • Strong visualization skills with attention to detail, lighting, textures, and materials.
    • Good understanding of architectural and spatial design principles.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
    Preferred Skills:
    • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
    • Familiarity with AR/VR tools and emerging visualization technologies.
    • Experience in client presentations and design coordination.
