Senior Interior Designer Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Interior Designer to spearhead end-to-end project management from concept development to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead interior design projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring seamless collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed space planning layouts, creation of construction drawings, and preparation of hyper-realistic 3D views for client approvals.
  • Select and manage FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment) to align with design intent and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure cohesive project outcomes.
  • Deliver design solutions that meet client needs, exceed expectations, and incorporate sustainable design practices wherever applicable.
  • Supervise site execution to maintain high-quality design standards and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Expert-level interior design skills with a strong understanding of spatial relationships, color theory, and textiles.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Autodesk AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit, for efficient project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputs.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles and materials to reduce environmental impact.
