As a senior attorney, you will represent clients in complex patent disputes. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in patent litigation. They will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Additionally, they will assist senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation preparation, including discovery, deposition preparation, and trial support.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in patent litigation matters before various courts.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
  • Assist senior attorneys in litigation preparation.
  • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
  • Admission to the Bar and in good standing.
  • 4-7 years of experience in patent litigation.
  • Strong familiarity with patent law and procedures.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Prior experience with patent prosecution.
