**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Administrator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database management, with expertise in MySQL and PostgreSQL. They will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our database infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work closely with application teams to develop and implement solutions that integrate seamlessly with our database systems.
  • Implement best practices for supported datastores, including backup, recovery, and security protocols.
  • Provide expert-level support to engineering teams through reviews of database migrations, queries, and performance optimizations.

**Requirements**

  • At least 4-8 years of experience running large-scale databases in complex environments.
  • Proven knowledge of cloud infrastructure, with experience working with AWS or GCP.
  • Strong understanding of database internals, including query optimization and indexing techniques.
