We're seeking a seasoned Product Development Expert to spearhead the creation of cutting-edge AI-powered products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, with expertise in Ruby and React. They should be comfortable working in an agile environment, making tactical decisions quickly, and prioritizing product outcomes.

Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end product development, implementing intelligent workflows using Langchain and other LLM frameworks, and shipping high-utility features used by thousands of users.

A successful candidate will have:

  • Full-stack excellence: Seamless proficiency across Ruby (backend) and React (frontend).
  • LLM ecosystem experience: Proven track record of building real features or products using Langchain and understanding the LLM landscape.
  • Agentic flows expertise: Ability to build agentic flows using LLMs and deploy them effectively.
  • Zero-API mentality: Comfortable making decisions across the stack with minimal abstractions.

Bonus points for candidates with past experience building tools in CRM, SaaS, or automation, as well as familiarity with agents, vector DBs, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
