Job Title: Human-Centered Designer

About the Role

We're seeking a talented designer to join our team and help shape the future of AI-powered products. As a Human-Centered Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging interaction flows that bring AI capabilities to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, AI engineers, and UX/UI designers to design seamless user interactions for AI-driven applications.
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows that showcase AI capabilities in a clear and human-friendly manner.
  • Understand AI model behavior and constraints to design effective input/output experiences.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and behavioral data.
  • Ensure accessibility, ethical design, and trust-building in AI interactions.
  • Work with developers to ensure design intent is maintained through implementation.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience as an Interaction Designer, UX Designer, or related role, with at least 1 year working on AI-enabled products.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design work, preferably with AI or data-driven features.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Understanding of AI-specific UX challenges like uncertainty handling, user trust, and model explainability.
  • Ability to translate technical AI concepts into intuitive user experiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in conversational UI/voice interface design.
  • Exposure to usability testing methods and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with human-AI interaction research and emerging design patterns.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
