A critical position for an IT Services Account Manager to cultivate, retain, and expand accounts. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensure timely delivery with Sales and Recruitment, and drive revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Ownership of key accounts through strategic farming and selective hunting approaches (upsell/cross-sell/new logos)
- Translation of client objectives into actionable delivery plans and adherence to Service Level Agreements and quality standards
- Management of Statements of Work/Master Service Agreements, negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections
- Maintenance of a candidate network aligned to client demand and improvement of time-to-fill
- Tracking account health, pipeline, and forecasts, flagging risks and driving resolutions
- 1-5 years of experience in Client Relationship/Account Management or Business Development in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing
- Demonstrated revenue growth outcomes and strong stakeholder management skills
- Contract management, negotiation, billing/invoicing experience
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle/Agile and IT hiring cycles
