The Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Sr Business Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our professional services group, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop strategic solutions that drive growth and profitability.
Your primary focus will be on leading business discovery workstreams, performing industry and customer research, and establishing customer 'why'. You will also lead and execute data-driven marketing for customer journeys and campaigns, maximizing digital adoption, and improving customer segmentations.
You will analyze and recommend how to make journeys and campaigns more effective via UX changes, CX changes, A/B tests, etc. Additionally, you will work with clients to enable them to understand and leverage marketing data collection strategy to best leverage Adobe solutions.
You will ideate, plan, deliver, measure, and optimize experience cloud use cases, their associated customer benefits, and how to measure them. Furthermore, you will work with client teams and stakeholders to identify business requirements, KPIs to capture, as documentation – BRDs, journey understanding documents.
You will develop effective customer partnerships (senior levels) to align on business goals, critical metrics, and future state thinking. You will create dashboards for management reporting, insights, and/or problem analysis.
You will identify trends and industry examples that support the creation of impactful use cases that bring a customer's business goals to life. You will play and think like an end consumer/customer to enable product UATs and feedback cycles.
You will research and define customer personas and build ideal-state customer journey maps. You will build customer roadmaps, develop, and lead execution of tactical plans to implement the next phase of the roadmap.
You will design and implement processes & ways of working to drive operational efficiencies. You will coordinate the execution of marketing activities by Adobe teams or customer teams.
You will design and implement measurement frameworks needed to monitor, optimize, and report on tangible business outcomes for the customer.
You will support the evolution and optimization of practice artefacts, be an active and engaged member of the business consulting community.
You will inform the evolution of our go-to-market and represent our group and services credibly and effectively in pre-sales scenarios, and on external platforms.
You will mentor, support, and collaborate with your peers to scale your expertise and influence.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- A leader and brand ambassador, who is passionate about current digital marketing trends and has extensive experience translating digital strategy into marketing tactics to deliver exceptional CX.
- A strong eye for business, and deep experience within a core industry (e.g., banking & financial services, telecom & media, retail, travel, etc.), with the ability to balance multiple assignments across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to learn and ramp up quickly. This includes new tools, business processes, and deliverables.
- A willingness to travel and be client-facing & engaging.
- Data Analysis: Extensive knowledge in how data shapes and drives the customer experience across platforms and channels. You have demonstrated experience analyzing website and audience data to uncover insights.
- Customer Persona and Journey Development: Extensive experience building personas and customer journeys aligned to these. Data/audience strategy development expertise.
- Experience in Customer Product Management and defining product-based value.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Understand and anticipate customer needs, build testing & personalization roadmaps, advise on and build audience & customer segments, guide on data to collect and use, and implement tests for statistical results through multiple channels.
- Experience in running Marketing Tests and Run program: A/B testing.
- Campaign Planning and Workflow Management w.r.t customer journey management.
- Experience conducting successful client workshops involving senior-levels.
- 11+ years' experience successfully engaging clients within the digital world ideally.
- Digital Product Experience: using one or more industry-leading Analytics, Testing, Personalization, Journey & Campaign products/tools, e.g., Adobe or similar competitors. Experience of working on Adobe Solutions (Analytics, Target, Campaign) will be an advantage.
- A self-starter, bold and proactive, able to gain the trust of customers and internal teams. You might work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient use of PowerPoint presentations to socialize realized business outcomes internally and externally and develop customer success stories.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, and presentation skills both verbal and written.
