Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to accelerate growth metrics for our merchant business. As a key member of our team, you will plan and execute CRM campaigns across various channels, conduct A/B testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  1. Craft and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to boost user conversion and drive revenue growth.
  2. Design and execute large-scale CRM campaigns via Push, WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and In-app channels, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
  3. Analyze campaign performance using tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, Mixpanel, and make data-driven decisions to optimize user engagement.
  4. Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing and web analytics, with a proven track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and technologies, including CRM platforms and analytics software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing or a related field, with at least 3–5 years of relevant experience.
