Job Description
  • Strategy:
    • Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with the company's growth and profitability objectives.
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure logistics strategies are aligned with overall business goals.
    • Identify and implement process improvements, technology solutions, and best practices to optimize logistics performance.
    • Lead transformation initiatives within the department.
  • Data Analytics:
    • Develop key performance indicators to track logistics performance across regions.
    • Lead the maturation and centralization of the global data analytics team, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
    • Leverage data analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop predictive analytics models to anticipate and mitigate supply chain disruptions.
  • Team Leadership & Innovation:
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the logistics team to achieve desired results.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organization.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Operations:
    • Ensure smooth end-to-end operation of PAN India B2B/C2B operations.
    • Efficiently manage FTL, PTL, Firstmile operations.
    • Responsible for all SLA's & TAT adherence, including Value Added Services and customized solutions.
    • Achieve Own Vehicle Utilization targets at PAN India Level.
    • Capacity Planning.
    • Inventory Management, Packaging, Storage & consolidation.
    • Handle continuous improvement projects related to cost, service, and employee productivity.
    • Proactive Risk Management.
Requirements
  • Education: MBA
  • Experience: 8-15 years of hard core experience in designing and managing large and complex logistics operations involving firstmile, Linehaul, warehousing, consolidation, fleet management, packaging.
  • Prior Experience: Managing ecommerce logistics operations for electronics or white goods.
  • Reverse Logistics Experience: A must.
  • Key Skills: Creative problem-solving, excellent communication skills – verbal & written, ability to perform in high-paced work environments.

Salary Range: ₹80 lakhs - ₹1.5 crores per annum
