Job Description: As a Sales Development Associate, you will be responsible for generating revenue by pitching eCommerce consultancy services and solutions to prospective clients. You will also be required to pitch about VOILA business through calls, f2f meetings and/or virtual connects, manage customer relationships throughout the life cycle, classify leads and smart lead filtering acumen, coordinate with other teams for effective process flow, maintain the sales pipeline and take continuous follow ups throughout the sales process, and build good rapport with clients and take feedback to increase customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field, experience in sales, marketing or related field, strong communication and soft skills, ability to manage complex projects and multi-task, and fluency in one south language + Hindi and English.
