Sales Associate (Open for internships)VNB Consulting Services, a Microsoft Gold Partner and Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) headquartered in New Jersey, is looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Associate or Intern to join our team. This role specializes in selling Microsoft Cloud Solutions and Services, including Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate will excel at customer engagement, demonstrate technical acumen, and foster strong client relationships to achieve sales success.Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure ongoing sales and a high level of customer satisfaction.- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions that address their business challenges.- Explain and demonstrate IT product specifications, features, and functionalities to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and drive repeat business.- Negotiate sales deals, contracts, and service agreements, ensuring mutual benefit for the customer and the company.- Liaise with management and IT developers to align sales strategies and customer expectations.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client interactions in CRM tools.- Monitor industry trends and consumer behavior to identify new sales opportunities.- Assist in developing and implementing advanced marketing and sales strategies tailored to the IT industry.Qualifications and Skills:- 2-5 years of experience in an IT sales environment is preferred (internship experience is also considered).- Advanced knowledge of marketing and sales strategies, with the ability to apply them effectively in IT sales.- Proficiency in explaining complex IT concepts, specifications, and functionalities in simple terms.- In-depth knowledge of IT industry terminology, trends, and consumer behavior.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.- Strong ability to evaluate client feedback and provide high-quality after-sales service.- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales quotas in a competitive environment.- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Computer Science, or IT is preferred.- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Why Join VNB: Excellent compensation package along with benefits.
