Job Description
This is a full-time Management Trainee role located at Sales Partners. The ideal candidate will be involved in day-to-day tasks such as shadowing experienced managers, participating in training sessions, learning about sales strategies, and assisting in various projects to develop skills and knowledge in sales management.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and independently, analytical and problem-solving skills, interest in sales and business development, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Previous internship or experience in sales is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shadow experienced managers to gain insights into sales strategies and best practices
  • Participate in training sessions to develop skills and knowledge in sales management
  • Assist in various projects to apply learned concepts and develop problem-solving skills
