Program Lead for Strategic Initiatives

This role involves leading and coordinating the successful delivery of a complex, cross-functional program aimed at transforming procurement processes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be able to drive execution, stakeholder engagement, and risk management across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Management & Delivery - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, track progress against milestones, and ensure timely delivery of all workstreams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, IT teams, external vendors, and implementation partners. Facilitate regular project meetings and status reporting.
  • Risk & Issue Management - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Maintain risk logs, issue logs, and escalation protocols.
  • Change Management Support - Collaborate with key stakeholders on change requests and help manage the transition of users from legacy systems and processes to new tools and workflows.
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
  • Expertise in Oracle EBS and its applications in procurement processes.
  • Strong understanding of integrations across systems and platforms.
  • Experience working in industries with complex supply chains and large-scale ERP or procurement system implementations and integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
