As a critical member of our global network, you will play a vital role in driving strategic program initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and reporting on key performance metrics.

The position requires collaboration with senior stakeholders to support high-impact governance projects. Additionally, you will serve as a catalyst for employee-centric initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and operational goals.

  • Program Management:
  • Align project objectives with our organization's strategic roadmap, tracking progress, risks, and benefits.
  • Support the delivery of strategic outcomes by translating goals into actionable programs and outcomes.
  • Maintain a centralized program documentation repository, define KPIs/SLAs, and track governance forum actions.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Anchors CSR governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication across locations.
  • Partners with NGOs and internal committees to evaluate, track, and present CSR initiatives, including funding proposals, volunteering drives, and employee participation metrics.
  • Collaborates with communications teams to articulate CSR impact and promote broad-based engagement.
  • Organizes events that showcase community impact and enhance employee pride in our social contribution.
  • Reporting and Communication:
  • Creates dashboards, trackers, and reporting packs for project reviews and governance meetings.
  • Designs presentations and visual content to support internal and external communications.
  • Evaluates and enhances tools and templates to streamline workflows and improve governance visibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Project Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years' experience, including at least 5 years in program/project management or governance roles in regulated environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite – specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge around efficient use of project tools, e.g., MS Project, Excel-based project trackers.
