As a detail-oriented and analytical Product Analyst/Associate Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and optimization of our Loan Management System.

Key Responsibilities
  • We are looking for someone who can collaborate with product managers, business teams, and stakeholders to gather business requirements. They should be able to translate functional requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • The ideal candidate should conduct gap analysis to identify system enhancements and process improvements.
Loan Lifecycle Expertise
  • You will understand and analyze end-to-end loan management processes including loan booking, repayment schedules, prepayments, foreclosures, collections, and NPA handling.
  • A key responsibility will be to ensure compliance with lending regulations and policies.
Testing & Quality Assurance
  • You will support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and SIT (System Integration Testing) for new features and system upgrades.
  • Your task will also include validating data migration, integrations, and configurations.
Stakeholder Coordination
  • You will act as a bridge between business, technology, compliance, and operations teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field is required.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Operations Executive, Business Analyst, or related role in lending/fintech domain is preferred.
  • You should have understanding of loan management systems (LMS), core banking systems, or lending products (PL, LAP, BL, MSME loans, etc.).
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization is essential.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is desirable.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills are necessary.
