Key Responsibilities

The Closing Manager plays a pivotal role in the sales process, serving as the final point of contact with clients. This involves engaging with high-intent leads, conducting thorough project walkthroughs, negotiating terms, and ensuring seamless deal closure with comprehensive documentation.

Primary Duties:

  • Collaborate with clients to facilitate the closure of their referred clients, providing timely updates on lead status and documentation.
  • Present projects, unique selling points, pricing, and offers with clarity and conviction.
  • Document and book client deals by preparing detailed cost sheets, booking forms, and collecting necessary Know Your Customer (KYC) documents.
  • Craft and execute plans for smooth execution of bookings, coordinating with legal, CRM, and finance teams as needed.
  • Deliver daily activity reports, walk-ins, and closure progress updates to the Site Head/Manager.
