Senior Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer to spearhead our team's technical operations. This exciting opportunity is geared towards seasoned professionals with 5-9 years of experience in SRE.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement performance testing and engineering practices that guarantee optimal system reliability and efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless scalability, availability, and reliability of complex systems by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Leverage advanced Load Testing tools such as Jmeter/Load Runner to identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Partner with APM tools like Dynatrace / New Relics / App Dynamics to optimize application performance and user experience.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in client-side performance engineering, with a strong focus on mobile and web applications optimization and tuning. Additionally, they will have a deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP), and microservices architecture.

We are looking for a strong communicator who can work independently to understand SRE requirements, build high-performing teams, and drive successful implementation. Experience in establishing performance baselines, thresholds, and SLA's for critical applications is also essential.

Strong knowledge of system reliability, chaos engineering, SLI, SLO, SLA, and error budgets is mandatory. Proficiency in software engineering and development skills such as .NET, Go, Python, C++, Ruby, or Java is also highly desirable.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-9 years of experience in SRE
