Reliability Expert Wanted

We are seeking an expert in reliability engineering to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preventative maintenance: Identify potential system issues early and implement measures to boost system resilience.
  • Automation specialist: Build tools, pipelines, and scripts that eliminate manual effort and enable rapid deployments.
  • Problem solver: Participate in root cause analysis, drive corrective and preventive actions, and prioritize improvements in the SRE backlog.
  • Performance optimizer: Apply programming and scripting expertise to strengthen infrastructure and services.
  • Mentor and knowledge sharer: Share expertise with peers, champion best practices, and push for innovation.
  • Technological innovator: Stay ahead of new technologies, adapt quickly, and help shape the future of our systems.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience: 3–5 years in operations, DevOps, or software engineering, with expertise in troubleshooting, automation, and customer support.
Preferred Skills:
  • Programming languages: Proficiency in Java, Python, Bash, or similar.
  • CICD pipeline design and maintenance: Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Incident response and problem-solving mindset: Strong incident response and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability and innovation: Ability to adapt to changing environments and drive innovation.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and container orchestration: Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and other cloud-native platforms.
