We're seeking a skilled professional to spearhead our automation testing efforts.

About the Role

This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for quality assurance to join our team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests for our software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated tests using Python and relevant testing frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain reusable test libraries and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test automation opportunities.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in automation testing with a strong background in software QA methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language such as Java, Python, or Shell.
  • Experience working in Unix/Linux environments, including writing shell scripts and using Unix command-line tools.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and advanced SQL skills.
  • Experience with RESTful API testing and tools like Postman.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with framework development in Java (Maven) and JavaScript (Node.js).
  • Knowledge of RAPID Automation Test Management Platform.
  • Familiarity with JSON parsing and data encryption.
