We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to drive business growth, client acquisition, and relationship management within the solar energy sector.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in solar project sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for solar projects in line with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
- Build strong networks with key decision-makers across government, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Deliver impactful sales presentations explaining solar energy solutions.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular communication and post-sales support.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Any Graduate / BE / B.Tech (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of total experience with at least 2–3 years in solar/renewable energy project sales.
- Must have successfully executed a solar project of at least 500 kW (rooftop or ground-mounted).
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of solar energy products, systems, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
