Job Overview:
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities for our recruitment services in India and the US.
- Build a strong database of potential clients, focusing on startups, SMBs, and enterprises in both markets.
- Utilize lead-gen tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo for targeted outreach campaigns.
- Generate and qualify leads through email marketing, cold calling, and social media engagement strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation efforts.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
- A deep understanding of the Indian and US markets, along with flexibility to work across different time zones.
- Proven ability to generate high-quality leads through multiple channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a persuasive approach.
- Self-motivated individual with problem-solving skills and the capacity to work independently.
