Our organization is at the forefront of utilizing cutting-edge technology to drive transformation. We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead this endeavor under our GenpactNext initiative, focusing on Agentic AI Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting across various service lines.
  • Develop and implement effective End-to-End process frameworks for new and existing customers.
  • Lead digital SEP projects implementation, maintain industry-specific knowledge, and perform regular team member evaluations.
  • Collaborate with global counterparts from all regions to attain standardization and improvement in product offerings.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong project and people management experience, with a solid background in relevant fields such as BPO/SSC environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, along with the ability to work simultaneously on different tasks and lead complex finance & accounting blueprints.
