Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • The primary function of this role is to conduct preliminary screening of residential/commercial real estate financing transactions, while structuring the best possible solutions for our clients.
  • Working closely with our in-house team, you will provide expert guidance to clients, ensuring a coordinated and timely delivery of services.
  • It is essential to interact with clients to understand their business model, organizational structure, and specific financing requirements.
  • Effective query resolution and continuous information collection are crucial in this position.
  • Credit analysis and due diligence are key components of this role, requiring the preparation of credit and risk assessment notes to evaluate risk in borrowers, transactions, and underlying securities. Initial recommendations will also be made based on these findings.
  • Presenting proposals to sanctioning authorities is another critical aspect of this job.
  • A key responsibility is preparing review and renewal credit reports to revisit loan limits and assess the same for potential credit alerts.
  • Disbursement compliance checks must be performed to ensure adherence to sanctioned terms.
  • Regular portfolio monitoring and raising Early Warning Systems (EWS) in case of any irregularity observed is vital.
  • Escrow account monitoring and collections within projects are also essential responsibilities.
  • NOC issuances appraisal in projects to lead credit tracking in a timely manner is necessary.
  • Tracking pre- and post-disbursement compliances of each account is another critical task.
