Academic Leadership

• Oversee academic planning, implementation, and monitoring for Classes IXXII.
• Ensure timely syllabus completion, quality lesson planning, and innovative teaching practices.
• Regularly review students academic performance and organize remedial measures.
• Conduct orientation, training, and mentoring of teachers.

Teaching Responsibilities

• Must be willing to take regular teaching periods in their subject of expertise.
• Act as a role model teacher by demonstrating effective pedagogy.
• Guide students in board exam preparation, career counseling, and skill development.

Examinations & Assessments

• Supervise the conduct of tests, pre-boards, and final exams.
• Ensure adherence to CBSE/Board guidelines and protocols.
• Prepare and analyze academic reports to track progress and suggest improvements.

Student Discipline & Welfare

• Maintain discipline among senior students with empathy and firmness.
• Counsel students on academic, behavioral, and emotional challenges.
• Build a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.

Teacher Supervision & Coordination

• Conduct regular meetings with teachers to review progress and resolve challenges.
• Ensure accountability of teachers under the senior section.
• Promote teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.

Communication & Parent Engagement

• Act as a link between the Principal, staff, students, and parents.
• Organize and lead Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
• Communicate school policies, academic expectations, and student progress effectively.

Co-Curricular & Holistic Development

• Plan and coordinate inter-house, inter-school, and co-curricular activities for senior classes.
• Encourage student participation in competitions, Olympiads, and leadership programs.
• Foster 21st-century skills like critical thinking, creativity, and leadership.
