Job Title: Business Development Associate

Are you a driven and results-oriented professional looking to accelerate your career in business development? Do you have a passion for building relationships and identifying new sales opportunities?

This exciting role involves working closely with our team to drive business growth through effective relationship management, market analysis, and loan product expertise.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Presentable individual with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities in the market
  • Knowledge of loan products and their processing
  • Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Good communication skills in the local language, with English as an added advantage

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the finance industry (Freshers also welcome)
  • Good communication and customer approach skills
  • Understanding of local customers and target businesses
  • Graduate or Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Experience in Sales is a plus (Fresher's candidates also eligible)
  • Preference given to candidates with a 2-wheeler for easy mobility
