Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven candidate to lead our demand generation efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end demand generation plans, driving pipeline growth, and executing campaigns across both outbound and inbound channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to target enterprise and mid-market accounts in key geographies.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of webinars, email campaigns, ads, Google Ads, events, SEO-driven inbound strategies, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch high-impact campaigns aligned with buyer personas and decision journeys.
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, funnel conversion, and ROI.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns through data analysis, A/B testing, and market insights.
  • Lead the use and effectiveness of CRM, marketing automation, and website performance tools.
  • Support regional growth initiatives in international markets through targeted demand gen strategies.
Qualifications
  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or growth marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth for SaaS, enterprise tech, or B2B services.
  • Experience managing webinars, email campaigns, ads, Google Ads, events, and inbound strategies.
  • Proficient in CRM, HubSpot, or similar platforms, and campaign performance tools.
  • Exposure to international markets is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of demand generation best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
