About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Fellow in Mechanics to join our team. As a trusted advisor to Executive Leadership, you will provide technical guidance and vision on mechanical systems to achieve company goals.

Main Objectives

  • Lead and approve Mechanical Design Reviews
  • Support and approve mechanical risks assessment on project
  • Provide technical guidance to mechanical engineers, including mentoring and coaching

  • Provide trainings to mechanical engineering community
  • Lead complex problem-solving on projects he/she is supporting

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or PhD in the Mechanical engineering field (Master's Degree or PhD are preferred)
  • 10+ years of relevant engineering experience preferably in regional or global environment
  • Mechanical design Experience in Automotive products development, preferably in Displays, Infotainment, Cockpit Electronic products, Electrification vehicles products
  • Proficiency and mastery in mechanical domain
  • Exposure to CAE and testing domains
  • Ability to direct and solve complex problems
  • Proven supervisory and technical leadership especially in identification and resolution of technical problems
  • Ability to share knowledge and to mentor and coach mechanical engineers
  • Ability to clearly communicate with alignment depending on audience
  • Ability to provide innovative technical solution as original thinker
  • Ability to use technical skills to make significant impact on projects regarding cost, timing, quality
  • Exposure to Global Culture/Customer is added advantage
