Senior Technical Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical assistance via phone, email, and web to address complex post-sales concerns.
- Collaborate with key contacts to resolve technical issues and provide configuration, troubleshooting, and standard methodologies.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
As a trusted advisor, you will have visibility across the entire organization and Executive Leadership. Your responsibilities will include reviewing user documentation for training materials, technical marketing collateral, manuals, problem-solving guides, etc.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in routing and switching (OSPF, BGP, VLAN), security (IPSEC, SSL-VPN, NAT, GRE), and similar vendor Technical Support Centers. A strong background in authentication protocols (LDAP/SAML/Radius / TACACS) and knowledge of VM and multi-cloud environments are highly desirable.
