The role of HR Business Partner is focused on fostering strategic relationships with hiring managers to drive business outcomes through effective talent management.
This involves developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies, guiding hiring managers throughout the onboarding process, and partnering with supervisors and managers to enhance performance management and reward schemes.
In addition, this position requires staying up-to-date on new laws, regulations, developments, methods, and techniques in People & Culture, reviewing and maintaining organizational policies and procedures, and building professional relationships and partnerships with work teams.
The HRBP Assistant Manager will also be responsible for team partnership in employer branding, highlighting key differentiators that set the organization apart from competitors, implementing employee rewards programs, and participating in employee engagement and culture initiatives.
Additional responsibilities include supporting special initiatives, such as compensation and benefits, people systems, communications, employee engagement, learning and development, total rewards, and corporate and department engagements.
Last but not least, the HRBP Assistant Manager will support event planning activities and maintain all records and documents housed outside of organizational systems.
