About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to lead our sales team in the beverage manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive secondary sales through value sales opportunities.
  • Conduct regular reviews of salesmen's performance.
  • Monitor productivity, attendance, and absenteeism to optimize workforce.
  • Ensure sales pipelines for salesmen, sales supervisors, and sub-district managers are ready to avoid delays.
  • Regularly check outlet targets and performance of channel partners.
  • Manage distribution and market expansion through sales development executives.
  • Optimize sales routes for better coverage.
  • Coordinate with commercial, logistics, and marketing teams to solve market issues.
  • Create action plans to enter new markets.
  • Follow market working norms, ensuring four days of market presence each week.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and visibility in retail stores.
  • Control expenses to stay within budget.
  • Build a strong, empowered team and identify high-potential leaders.
  • Ensure all team members follow company policies and ethical standards.
